1) Renting : Opening from 15th March to 1ST November. In summer rent
by week from Saturday 0.3.00 pm to Saturday 10.00 am. Others
periods, renting is possible from 2 nights of stay. Arrivals are from
03.00pm to 7.00 pm and to 09.00 pm in July and august. Departures
are from 08.15 am to 10.00 am. On sunday, departutres possible until
04.00 pm. Pitches : Open from 1st April to 30th september.
2) Booking are confirmed only after receipt of: -the contract duly filled
with occupants names and signed – the down payement stated. The
booking will be confirmed in writing by sending your receipt. (bank
transfers need several days to be receipt). Rentings are allocated in
order of registration. The manager reserves the right to change the
rentings allocated at any moment. Bookings are made in the name of
each person. They could’nt hand it on to a third party. Changing the
names of the occupants must be first agreed by the manager who could
refuse the changement. If it’s agreed, the family should fill an other
contract. One contract by renting. Dogs and other animals are
forbidden in rentings. Linen is not provided.
3) Payment of the balance For renting :. The balance must be payed
30 days before the arrival day. A deposit of 300€ is required in 2 parts
at your arrival. 250€ for the main equipement which would be returned
at your depature after checking. And 50 € for cleaning and stocklist
which be returned by post in the next week. For pitches : Balance
should be paied at your arrival. Minimum basis for delimited pitch with
electricity is 30 Euros.
4) Occupation: The number and the identity of the persons stated in
the contract must be respected in the rental accomodation. The
leaseholder undertakes to notify any changes on arrival or when the
change occurs. Manager could refuse, in this case, leaseholder must
keep his stay on respecting contract or makes the contract failure with
expulsion and without any refund.
5) No occupation: Premises should be occupied before 06.00 pm,
07.00 pm in middle season or 09.00pm in July and August. (If arrival is
delayed due to exceptional circumstances reception should be notified
by phone). If the leaseholder his arrival day, he must notify the
management by phone on 24h and confirm it by letter or fax on 48h. If
the notification is not received, the premises will be held available for
48h after the date of arrival stated in the agreement and payment will be
required in full for the hire. In case of delayed arrival or early departure,
the full amount would be required without any refund.
6) Cancellation: Anyway, account is not refund. For a cancellation
made within 10 days before arrival day, the total amount will be
required. In case of no occupation within 48h after arrival day stated
with no notifcation for delay, or shorter stay, the total amount will be
required.
7) Campsite rules: Leaseholder must comply with all campsite
regulations without exception; Any contravention will result in the
expulsion of the perpetrator without any damages or refund.
8) Services: Swimming-pools from 14th April to 30th September ; Bar,
Restaurant, Take Away, bread selling from 14rd April to 30th September.
Entertainements from 7th July to 25th August. Management reserves the
right to change, cancel or replace services or facilities or openning
dates for reasons of safety or improvement.
9) LISIEUX Tribunal will handle complaints .
10) Taxes : any change of rate for VAT and stay tax will cause a
proportional adjustement of prices.
